For an amazing epoxy resin, the emergency might be a cracked tool or a failed coating. The resin may be available, but if the hardener ratio or cure schedule is not documented for that lot, the repair can fail after the line is back up. That is an expensive way to learn that 'available' is not the same as 'ready to use.'
